Like a lot of companies that approach cloud solutions consulting firms to help them with their software, Introspect Technology was looking for a team that had a wealth of knowledge. Experience with implementations and customizations as well as knowledge about best practices was what they sought.
Introspect approached Big Bang seeking help with their Salesforce implementation. Aside from the typical Salesforce modules, Introspect had specific requirements to customize and extend the already robust CRM solution.

Product assembly is handled onsite at Introspect’s offices and production process Salesforce customization was a major requirement of the implementation project. Big Bang configured a process review system which included setting up of assets within Salesforce. Assets include information such as serial numbers, software versions, and historical data, and have a variety of workflows associated with them to streamline Introspect’s processes. Such data is also able to be stored on custom customer objects.
Salesforce CRM is a robust tool to ensure important data is shared between individuals and across business units. To make sure Introspect Technology benefits from these aspects, Big Bang configured mobile access and a variety of custom reports and dashboards. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) is important to any organization, and by providing Introspect decision-makers with real-time data, coupled with the email templates Big Bang configured for Introspect, the right information was sure to get into the hands of people who need it.
