The Challenges
Swyft is a start up at it’s core and as such has to deal with many of decisions and issues that plague companies looking to get off on the right foot. Brian Levin, President of Swyft, is open about the fact that they wanted to make well informed decisions about how to manage the company from day one.

He knew in order to manage the complexity of Swyft, including the hundreds of contractors, thousands of products and numerous locations, an ERP systems was the way to go. “We needed a solution that automated a variety of business functions such as POs, SOs and CRM tasks” explains Levin. “NetSuite was a standout leader, the integration options, user interface and dashboards are top notch.” Swyft is all about simplicity and they wanted a solution that reflected this.
Once it was decided that NetSuite would be the ERP of choice, it came time to find a solution provider. “We spoke with a number of different NetSuite Solution Providers,” recounts Brian, “after talking to Big Bang we realized it was like night and day. What Big Bang offers as far as insight, development skills and communication is by far the best.”
The Solution
Big Bang helped Swyft launch its NetSuite OneWorld instance, a multi-subsidiary cloud ERP solution. Aside from the standard implementation tasks, integration was a major component. The ability to connect NetSuite with 3rd party applications was needed to ensure that the launch of their NetSuite system was a success. Big Bang managed and implemented integrations between 3rd party warehouse systems, 3rd party tracking tools such as Zoom Systems, and with Swyft’s ecommerce system, Magento.
