About Africa HR Solutions
Africa HR Solutions is Africa’s largest provider of employer of record solutions. Mauritius-based, their service offering includes employer of record services; full payroll management and support; immigration and work visa assistance; and procuring employee benefits (including insurance and pension schemes).
As a solution provider that supports multinational companies in 43 countries across Africa covering 20 different industries, Africa HR Solutions was searching for a better financial management tool that could scale with their growing business.
They were already working with a cloud-based system; however, it wasn’t robust enough to handle their evolving business requirements. Africa HR Solutions also wanted the availability of a customer relationship management (CRM) option built-in. It was a natural choice to turn to Oracle NetSuite, known as the world’s #1 Cloud Financial Management Solution. There would be no need for new programs or servers; they could stack functionalities as part of a unified business management suite. They were looking for something easy to “plug and play.”
