Les Entreprises QMD is a Montreal-based construction firm founded in 2006, delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-residential projects in Montreal, Quebec City, and Gatineau. With over 130 specialists, QMD stands out for its technical expertise and excellence in construction management.
As part of its strategic transition to CMiC, QMD had to migrate tens of thousands of documents of every kind: records, drawings, contracts, and photos, spread across some twenty active projects managed in Procore. The new platform’s APIs, still evolving and sparsely documented, ruled out any off-the-shelf approach, and the tight timeline left no room to deploy an existing integration platform.
