The Challenge

InnovMetric was in need of Salesforce support that is as creative and driven as they are in order to implement new solutions for accounts, quotes and opportunities management, customer orders processing, and technical support that would keep up with their ever-growing worldwide needs. The partnership with Big Bang helped InnovMetric deploy various projects and implement faster solutions for their teams around the globe.

The Solution

Initially, InnovMetric chose Salesforce CRM because they needed a system that would standardize their processes across the board and would allow the ability to work from anywhere anytime, anywhere in the world. Stéphane Leclerc, Vice President of InnovMetric explained that “with Salesforce it’s faster and easier to deploy standardized processes worldwide, open a customer support case, manage teams, train employees, and deploy new processes.”
