About Processia

Processia is a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) System Integrator and global service partner of Dassault Systems. Founded in Quebec in 2000, the company operates across 9 countries with over 250 employees. Recently acquired by Atos, Processia anticipated doubling in size.

The Challenge

Processia needed an advanced PSA (Professional Services Automation) system to boost operational efficiency while managing human capital effectively. Their existing Oracle NetSuite ERP excelled at financial accounting but lacked daily project management capabilities.

The Solution

Big Bang implemented an integrated architecture comprising:

• Kantata (Mavenlink) for project management and PSA
• BambooHR for human capital management
• Nexonia for expense management
• All systems integrated with NetSuite for financial reporting
