Established in 1977, the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation supports young science students and high-risk cutting-edge research in chemistry and life sciences. Run by seven dedicated employees, they work with approximately 350 grantees annually. The complete workflow integrates award-making, payments, and grant tracking. Chamberlain shared: “The board likes FinancialForce. They are comfortable, they are happy, they feel more secure.”
Hultgren recommends setting realistic timelines and establishing a solid framework before proceeding. Implementation takes longer than anticipated in joint efforts.
