What is the Stripe x NetSuite Connector?

AlayaCare was looking for a solution to implement Stripe with Oracle NetSuite to sustain their growth and accommodate their new acquisition’s customers. An online search led them to Big Bang. The reason they decided to move ahead was the smaller setup fee and no-ongoing cost solution.

The Stripe x NetSuite connector allows businesses to seamlessly accept credit cards payments and to properly track them in the native ERP, NetSuite. It is a particularly great solution for smaller American businesses that are not set up to make ACH (Automated Clearing House)/wire transfer payments.

Stripe also alleviates the work AlayaCare would have to do compared to other solutions. With the integration, the customer’s entries are all automated seamlessly into NetSuite. It’s a time-saving solution that doesn’t require reconciliation or processes to be changed.

Stripe was a simple solution and implementation. The Big Bang team was on-time and on budget. There was great transparency in the fees, and they were well-explained and they brought solutions to the table to accommodate AlayaCare.
